Installation Problems

Step 1:

Firstly make sure you have subscribed to BT's CallSign service. BT CallSign provides you with a new telephone number on your BT line which is used with your existing telephone number by your TwinTalk installation The instructions for connecting to BT CallSign are given in the TwinTalk User Guide

If you have already successfully subscribed to BT CallSign and you know both your existing and new telephone numbers then work through the installation guide that follows by clicking on the arrows, or numbers, below:
